Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, 31 March ~ Master Community Developer, Sunway Property’s newest freehold property, Sunway Belfield, has registered a 80% take-up rate for its first tower despite its soft launch during the movement control order. 

Due to the overwhelming response, the developer has now opened its second tower for sale.

Central region property development division executive director, Chong Sau Min, attributed the success of the development to a combination of its strategic location, freehold tenure, its green features, and the development’s consideration of the new norm lifestyle.

  1. They soft launched it a few months ago, so no biggie. Question is how much take up for the 2nd tower, which would be interesting…
