How many friends whom we know were scammed by some high return investment schemes? Sometimes, it could be 20 percent as soon as we invest, sometimes it could be 5 percent every month, sometimes it could be even higher. The below is a case of a return of 40 percent within 24 hours.
If I am offered something at a heavy discount, I would ask why is the item on offer. Perhaps it’s the perfume, they always give big discounts when the expiration is 12 months away. Perhaps it is the leather shoe, they always give discounts because unless the shoe was super well taken care of, it has a lifespan and they better let it go before cracks happen. Perhaps it is last year’ car. You will get good discount if you buy a 2024 model in 2025. I mean there’s a REAL reason for something to be discounted.
Dear guys, please stay away from lovers who said they love you but they need your money. Think logically, do they love you or do they love your money in this case? If it has been a long term relationship, it’s quite safe but if someone you just got to know suddenly asked for money to redeem some gifts for you, please tell them to buy something new. Else ask them send you the Shopee link instead and you pay for them. In this case, you are happy to spend money to make them happy and at the same time, they will get the gift, so they should also be happy right?
Dear kopiandproperty.com readers, I want to tell you again. If the returns from an investment can be as good as 1 percent per month, that’s 12 percent per year. If the returns really can be as lucrative as 12 percent per annum, where do you think all our banks, many of our listed companies with extra cash reserves and maybe even our Employees Provident Fund (EPF) would invest their money?
I seriously hope that more people will understand and recognise all the potential scams. We need to make it much harder for the scammers to scam one of us. It’s our hard earned money and should not be lost to some scammer who does nothing but cheats us of our money. Another victim has been scammed and she took out a personal loan to pay to the scammer.

I seriously hope that when everyone knows about all these different ways scammers work, they will be better prepared and won’t be scammed so easily. Sometimes, the only reason why people are not scammed is because they have the knowledge. Else, they may think of attractive investment schemes as too good to be true and they would not want to miss it. In actual fact, it’s really just too good to be true.
