Durian tsunami!? Have you eaten the RM10 per kg Musang King yet?

I had my fix of durians in Kepong a few days ago with my in-laws. I had Musang King, Tekka (2 pieces), Sultan King and also Blackthorn the other day. The total for these 5 came to around RM240. My sister-in-law kept repeating that the price is just unbelievable. The very last time she had durian was many months ago at RM75 per kg for Musang King. So, if based on same price, she could only eat 2 medium sized Musang King.

It’s a huge achievement because Thailand is the top in ASEAN when it comes to international tourists. Perhaps the reason is because there are now ever more connections and it’s thus easier and probably cheaper to fly here these days. Getting a wife and earning money at the same time. Wow. Illegal though…

I have friends with non-Malaysian wives. I also have friends with non-Malaysian husbands. I think it’s perfectly fine because love conquers all mah. Okay, honestly, many would also speak of stories where the marriage is for money because the other half could be from a billionaire family. I am very sure not all of these stories are real and some are just because people are jealous.
