Myra Senja Introduces Spacious, Appliance-Ready Homes in Collaboration with Panasonic

Press Release: Myra Senja Introduces Spacious, Appliance-Ready Homes in Collaboration with Panasonic

Myra, the residential arm of Oriental Interest Bhd (OIB), has formalised a collaboration with Panasonic Malaysia to equip every open market unit in its Myra Senja development with a curated package of essential, energy-efficient appliances. The initiative supports Myra’s mission to raise the bar for residential offerings in Subang 2 by delivering homes fitted with modern essentials that ease the move-in process and meet the expectations of today’s homebuyers.

Myra Senja, a modern, mixed-use service residence, offers spacious units from 1,101 square feet up to 1,409 square feet, with prices ranging from RM 658,000 to RM988,200, depending on type, layout and floor level. Positioned within the maturing suburban enclave of Subang 2, the development, which has 3 residential towers, caters to young families, professionals, and upgraders seeking larger, practical spaces.

Through the partnership, each home will include a selection of essential appliances designed to reduce the time, cost and coordination typically required during renovation and fit out. Standard units feature four inverter air-conditioners, electric water heaters and a 90-cm induction hob paired with a black T-shape hood. For a limited time as part of an introductory offer, the larger four-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts will also include a front-loading washer-dryer combination and a multi-door refrigerator.

Wendy Lim, Chief Operating Officer (Central) at Myra said, “Homebuyers today appreciate something more than a bare unit. They want modern essentials that allow them to settle in with fewer complications, without the stress of sourcing appliances, incur major fit-out expenses, or dealing with technical installation issues”.

She added that the collaboration with Panasonic, a Japanese brand with more than 49 years in Malaysia and over a century of global heritage, demonstrates a shared value alignment on delivering stylish, reliable features that improve the lived experience.

She said, “This partnership reflects our continued shift towards developments shaped by thoughtful design and modern lifestyle needs. Our goal is to create homes that feel considered in every aspect of daily use, thus adding value to the quality of life.”

Seelan Kandasamy, Associate Director of Panasonic Malaysia, said, “As one of the leading home appliance solution providers, we are delighted to collaborate on sustaining homes with high-quality electrical products. With our intelligent and efficient technologies, residents can enjoy an improved lifestyle, better appliance choices, and greater comfort in their own homes.”

Seelan added, “Meeting the unique needs and lifestyles of individual consumers is our top priority. Guided by our new brand action tagline, ‘Create Today. Enrich Tomorrow.’, Panasonic remains committed to enhancing holistic well-being and developing green products that not only improve lifestyles but also contribute towards a more sustainable and eco-friendlier world.”

Strategically located within the growing enclave of Subang 2 and surrounded by established neighbourhoods such as Kota Damansara, Ara Damansara, Kwasa Damansara and Elmina, Myra Senja enjoys excellent accessibility via the DASH Expressway and close proximity to education, retail and healthcare amenities.
