COMMUNITY BUILDER TROPICANA LAUDED FOR ITS GREEN BUILDING DEVELOPMENT

Kuala Lumpur (4 December 2025) – Over the years, community builder, Tropicana Corporation  Berhad (“Tropicana” or “Group”), has developed 20 green building developments across  Malaysia, promoting a healthier well-being as well as creating holistic living spaces for its  residents. On 2 December 2025, the Group was lauded for its continued commitment to  sustainable townships when The Travel Daily Media (“TDM”) Travel Trade Excellence Awards 2025  Malaysia bestowed Tropicana Gardens with the Serviced Apartment of the Year award for the  Group’s green-building initiatives. Tropicana Gardens, a 17.6-acre mixed-use transit-oriented  development, earned the honour for its well-integrated communal planning, strong sustainable practices featuring seven green-certified buildings, and outstanding connectivity to the Surian  MRT Station. 

Receiving the award on behalf of Tropicana, Serena Lim, Senior General Manager of Group  Corporate Communications and Head of the ESG unit, shared, “We are truly honoured and  humbled to receive this ESG award, which celebrates industry leaders who are shaping a more  sustainable and responsible future.
