TROPICANA’S FESTIVE CERIA RAYA CAMPAIGN OFFERS MORE THAN RM50 MILLION IN EXCITING RAYA DEALS

Tropicana is offering more than RM50 million in green Raya packets and other deals to property  buyers during this festive season with its Ceria Raya Campaign running from now until 30 April  2025. 

In conjunction with Raya, Tropicana produced a heartwarming “Art of Tradition” Raya brand film  that shares the importance of home, family and keeping tradition and culture alive.

Celebrating the festivities, Tropicana will host Raya events and open houses at participating property galleries in March and April. 

Weaving into the month of Ramadan and then continuing  throughout Raya, Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or “Group”) is offering more  than RM50 million in green Raya packets to its property buyers during this festive season. Running from now to 30 April 2025, the Ceria Raya Campaign offers many exciting deals  providing furnishing packages worth up to RM60,000 as well as financing solutions from  Maybank MyDeco and Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY with Tropicana absorbing legal fees and  stamp duties.  

This not-to-be-missed opportunity is available for developments located at Tropicana Alam (Puncak Alam), Tropicana Aman (Kota Kemuning), Tropicana Metropark (Subang Jaya),  Tropicana Gardens (Tropicana Indah), Tropicana Uplands (Johor Bahru), Lido Waterfront  Boulevard (Johor Bahru), Tropicana Grandhill (Genting Highlands), Tropicana Paradise  (Genting Highlands) and Tropicana Avalon (Genting Highlands).
