TROPICANA HONOURED WITH TWO PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS AT THE 20^TH HUBEXO ASIA AWARDS 2025

• Tropicana was honoured with the Top 10 Developers Award 2025 and was further recognised with the  prestigious Elite Asia Awards bestowed to developers who have demonstrated consistent excellence  and won 10 or more awards. 

• This is Tropicana’s 12^th win as Top 10 Developer in Malaysia at the 20th Hubexo Asia Awards, previously  known as the popular BCI Asia Awards. 

Over the years, Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or  “Group”) has won over 200 awards in varying categories such as Best Housing Masterplan, Best  Commercial Development, Best Transit-Oriented Development, and Best Township in Malaysia.  Adding two more noteworthy achievements, Tropicana bagged two prestigious awards at the  Hubexo Asia Awards 2025 held during its recent 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner at the JW Marriott  Kuala Lumpur. Tropicana was bestowed with the Top 10 Developers Award 2025 for its master  planner expertise and sustainable township developments. The Group was also honoured with  an Elite Asia Award, especially given to corporations that have demonstrated consistent  excellence and garnered more than 10 awards at Hubexo. This year is Tropicana’s 12th win as Top  10 Developer with Hubexo Asia Awards, previously known as BCI Asia Awards.
