Talk: “Wait to buy or Buy to Wait?”

I believe this is a never ending debate. Those with good returns from property investment will tell us that it’s worth buying a property and wait for it to appreciate. Those who did not get a good return or bought at the wrong time will tell us that timing is everything. That’s why we must wait to buy. As for the majority of everyone; first-time home buyers, it’s a tale of ‘how do I know which one should I be aiming at?’ Let me share some numbers and facts from my personal experience as well as from the many readings I do on a daily basis. Details of the talk are as follows:

It’s Fair 2019 @ Starling Mall. Date is 3 March 2019 and time is 3pm – 4pm. Some of the topics within the talk which I will share will include, ‘power of leverage,’ ‘property prices in mature neighbourhoods vs newer townships,’ and ‘why buy when rental yield is so low nowadays, if any.’

There are a lot more interesting talks before and after me as well. Take a look at below for your information. Both speakers are experts in their respective fields and I have personally learnt many things from both of them. They are Ms. Agnes Wong the Managing Partner of Syarikat Ong with the title of “How Budget 2019 can Impact Your Investment Decision.” Her session is right before mine, at 2-3pm.

From 5-6pm, Ms. Jessica Jong will share with everyone on, “How to Pay Off your Mortgage Fast.” If you need lots of tips how to pay faster, please stay back and enjoy her session.
