First of all, not sure if you realize but I am NOT from any property developer. I am not a Real Estate Agent and I do not have even a Real Estate Negotiator license. I am also not from any bank and therefore cannot sell you any mortgage packages or loans too. So, when I speak, it’s because I love to share with you about property investment from the viewpoint of someone who has done it, pretty successfully. At this point in time, I have properties in 6 cities / towns in Malaysia. So, I have learnt a lot of NOT TO DO things and a lot of TIPS and TRICKS too.

My upcoming talk is about people retiring without a property to their name. Ever wondered what will happen? Well… it could be nothing (if you are already a super multi-millionaire today…) or it could be crippling if you are not yet able to be financially independent even today. Come and listen and ask me questions too. Just do not ask me which property should you buy. Everyone has their own interest and must decide for themselves. 🙂
