ARA DAMANSARA, 19 AUGUST 2024 – Sime Darby Property Berhad (“Sime Darby Property” or “Group”) has once again been recognised as one of Malaysia’s Top 10 Developers at the BCI Asia Awards 2024, marking its 12th consecutive win in this prestigious category.

This accolade reaffirms Sime Darby Property’s position as a leader in the industry, underscoring its consistent delivery of high-quality developments and its commitment to setting benchmarks in sustainable township development.

The BCI Asia Awards, organised annually by BCI Central, recognises developers and architecture firms that have built and designed the greatest volume of buildings in Asian markets, including Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The Top 10 Developers award specifically acknowledges the 10 leading design and development enterprises that have made significant contributions to the built environment in the prior year, particularly in terms of sustainability and green building practices.

This year’s submission included The Prestige Collection of Elmina Business Park, Ilham Residences 2 and 3, Elmina Green 7, as well as Elmina Lakeside Mall in the City of Elmina; The Detached Factories in Bandar Bukit Raja; Serenia Anisa 2 and Serenia Industrial Park in Serenia City and Teja in Subang Jaya.
