My view is really from the ground as a small-timeproperty investor. Bought my first property in 2003. Second in 2005. Third in 2006 and so on. Definitely did not buy 10 at one go but now have properties in 7 towns / cities in Malaysia. Slowly, but surely. Property investment is really like watching the grass grow yeah. No need speculating and not need guessing. If you do not know, then invest in to something you know yeah.
