“We are truly honoured to be recognised among the nation’s leading property developers by BCI Central, as well as a Five-Star winner at the Asia Pacific Property Awards. We look forward to delivering excellence and value for our customers and stakeholders, as we continue Redefining the Art of Living,” she said.
BCI Asia Awards 2023
Now in its 18th year, the BCI Asia Awards were established by construction data and solutions provider BCI Central to recognise leading developers across the region. Tropicana’s recognition on the platform showcases the aggregate value of its projects under construction, as well as the extent of their sustainability practices and green building ratings. Among the key projects that were judged were:
- Tropicana Aman, the largest 863-acre township by Tropicana in Kota Kemuning. Its pull factors include an 85-acre Central Park, with abundant recreational spaces and lakeside pavilions. A recreational hub and two educational institutions, namely Tenby International School and SJKC Bukit Fraser nearby, cater for the growing needs of the community, while the township’s strategic location offers proximity to major routes such as the Elite, SKVE, Kesas and LKSA Expressways.
- Tropicana Uplands, Gelang Patah, a self-contained 244-acre township with complementary residential and commercial spaces, as well as a sprawling 16-acre Central Park. Located in Iskandar Malaysia’s Flagship Zone B, Tropicana Uplands has excellent accessibility and caters to consistent demand for landed property in Malaysia’s southern growth corridor.
