Property Market Outlook and Investor Sentiments During Pandemic

In this webinar, I will be sharing my thoughts about the property market outlook as well as investor sentiments during the CURRENT pandemic. My thoughts would be as someone not from the developer, someone not from the real estate agency, someone not from the banking industry but is someone who has kept writing for the last 7.5 years. Hopefully relevant enough to all the potential property investors yeah.

Due to my age (not that young but not old enough yet), I have gone through the 1998 ASEAN financial crisis as someone struggling to find a decent position having just graduated, gone through the 2008 Mortgage Crisis (somehow managed to think objectively during then) and currently, the COVID-19 pandemic where if someone asked if I purchased a property in 2020, my answer is a Yes.
