GDP growth does not mean every single person in the country has more money yeah

There are sectors which may do well if exports are moving up. There are sectors which will not be doing well when people are changing their spending habits. There are sectors which may depend on government policies too. For example the automotive sector which may benefit from governments support for Electric Vehicles (EV).

Truth is, if we look at some multinationals which had been over hiring people, chances are they may need to manage this situation when the demand does not rise as what they expected. If we look at some property developers which built the wrong type of properties, they are struggling. At the same we can see some property developments being snapped up pretty quickly when it is the type which people wants.

No use in complaining and blaming yeah. Start looking for opportunities especially when there are challenges. That interest you have which you did not yet taken any action may require a renewed push. kopiandproperty.com was started 11 years ago and for the first two years absolutely nothing happened at all… Keep the consistency if you believe in what you are pushing for.

Remember to view more properties too. When the economy moves and people have more money, property is definitely one way they could show their success. It does not need to be just a better car or a more expensive model yeah. It could definitely be an upgrade in the home sweet home.
