Working in Johor and thinking of choices beyond just high-rise units?
If we are working in Johor, beyond the usual high-rise units, do we have landed choices? How about a home sweet home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is also designed with practical and spacious layout? A home which will cater to the family and even occasional relative visits for a very long time to come?

For family with children, there are schools and tuition centres too. There are also universities too; Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and Southern University College.
What about connectivity for Freesia?
Let’s understand that we want to be near enough and yet not be next to noisy expressways. Freesia has access to the Federal route to Johor Bahru / Kuala Lumpur. It is also just 9.5km to the North-South Expressway via the Kulai Toll Plaza / Sedenak Toll Place. This is super advantageous for some of us intending to go back to our hometowns somewhere else or if we just like to take a short holiday during the weekends.
Beyond just driving, there is also an ETS via Kulai Station and this is targeted to be completed at the end of 2021. This ETS service is only 9.8km away from Freesia.
For the ones using the Second Link Expressway, you would be happy that Freesia is merely 8.7km away from the link.
Weekends for Freesia owners?
One reason why I would be going to Johor again is also to just relax at the Desaru Coast. There’s a 17km beachfront there. By the way, this is not man-made beach yeah. It’s as real as it gets and it’s facing the South China Sea too.
There are many award winning resorts along the coast and if you stay in Freesia, you are just 19km away from the Senai-Desaru Expressway which has cut the travelling time from 2.5 hours to just 1 hour. Take a stroll along the beach like every other weekend?
