Why do I like to go to property fairs?
Buy or no buy, that’s a decision AFTER I know what’s available. Someone told me that all the property details can already be viewed online. That’s true! Someone told me, they can visit the sales gallery and still hear the same sales pitch and the same brochure. That’s true! Now, let me tell you this one advantage.
In any property fair, the property developer would have paid for the booth, paid for the renovation to their booth, paid the allowances for their staffs to be there and more. Do you think they go there and they still do the same? When their property is next to another property developer who’s also doing their best to sell?
How many sales galleries do we want to visit? 16 different sales galleries? 🙂 There are 16 developers participating. I assume each developer selling just an average of two projects, that’s 32 sales galleries you may have to visit. I know, not all the properties are what you like. Just remember that if we want to make a good decision, we still need to know what’s available and whether our current decision is indeed the right one.
