You also like a comfortable working shoe like me? The below is NOT a paid review. Just to help anyone needing a comfortable working shoe.

Comfortable but not that trendy?

Recently, my friends and I were chit-chatting about shoes and she mentioned she likes Skechers because it’s comfortable. I said but design wise, they are not as spectacular as many other brands. Then I remembered I was also wearing a Skecher and when I showed them, they were surprised.

“Skechers have working shoes for men?” I replied, yes. In fact I told them that it’s super comfortable and that it’s not tiring at all when I wear this the whole day. However, style wise, it’s really nowhere near something which stands out. I mean, it’s a typical black coloured working shoe and the design was just like below. It’s not narrow at the front… it’s not having some stylish design… It’s just plain looking.

Look for the reason(s) why it’s so comfortable in the first photo.

Some specs from my own experience and readings.

The shoe interior is well padded and you will not feel like there’s little layer between your feet and the ground. Memory Foam meant that it will mould itself to follow your feet and Air-Cooled simply meant you will not be sweating too much. With a gogamat arch, even if we need to suddenly run, this shoe will not suddenly slip out. Yes, I have worn mine for badminton. Not the best lah but comfortable enough.

I remember I merely paid RM229 or something like that because it was on 50 percent discount. Maybe last season model? Maybe no other sizes? I was lucky I guess. Now, if you also need a shoe which is good enough or work and super comfortable, take a look. I just realized they have good discounts at their website too.

Maybe this is a closer version to what I bought. Good price even if mine’s cheaper.

Tips to buy a shoe?

When you wear and you can feel the floor… these could look very nice but once you wear it for many hours, you will soon feel tired. Your knees also will not be supported too. If you wear the shoe and you fee it’s a little tight, trust me, buy another one. Never believe when someone said leather shoes will grow a little once you have worn it over time. If that’s the truth, then the shoe brands would all ask us to buy something tight lah.

If you wear and you feel it’s a little slippery, you will be in trouble when it’s raining and the floor is wet. So, the outsole is super important if you like a comfortable as well as a safe shoe when it rains and the floor seems slippery. There’s also no need to splash too much for a pair because chances are you may need more than a pair.

Black shoes are okay with black jeans but brown colored shoes definitely look better when it’s blue jeans. Buy a few more pairs and wear it to different occasions. I feel a man should have more than just 1 pair of working shoe. Do you agree?
