From energising fitness sessions and inspiring talks to hands-on health screenings and personalised guidance from wellness professionals, every element was carefully curated to foster clarity, connection, and care. The programme echoed the heartbeat of TuJu Residences, a community shaped by purposeful design and everyday rituals that support balance, intention, and a more connected way of living.

Among the highlights was a compelling talk by Dr Malar Santhi Santherasegapan, one of Malaysia’s most respected health educators. Her session, “Strength Over Sweat”, shared bold insights on why weight training should be embraced as a long-term health investment, especially for women.
