TROPICANA WINS SILVER IN THE PROPERTY CATEGORY AT THE PUTRA ARIA BRAND AWARDS 2025

  • Tropicana was named as one of the best developers, winning Silver in the Property category at the recent Putra Aria Brand Awards 2025.

  • The Putra Aria Brand Awards is Malaysia’s only consumer-driven brand recognition award platform, where brands are voted by consumers based on experience and perception. Petaling Jaya (29 January 2026) – Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or “Group”) celebrates being named as one of the best developers in the Property Category, winning the Silver Award at the Putra Aria Brand Awards 2025 gala dinner, held on 22 January 2026 at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The recognition underscores Tropicana’s continued commitment to connect communities and forge sustainable futures. In line with the Group’s mission to transform Tropicana into a future-ready group, Tropicana will continue to redefine the art of living, where our townships offer work-live-learn-play-shop components. Being recognised by Malaysian consumers reflects the trust and confidence placed in Tropicana’s developments, built on more than 47 years of industry expertise and township planning. Last year, Tropicana clinched the People’s Choice Award, marking the Group’s fourth consecutive win since the award’s inception in 2022.

The Putra Aria Brand Awards is Malaysia’s only consumer-driven brand recognition award, with responses voluntarily submitted by consumers who vote based on their own experiences and perceptions. Endorsed by MATRADE, the award celebrates brands that have successfully built strong connections with Malaysians while contributing meaningfully to their respective industries.
