TROPICANA WINS FIVE AWARDS INCLUDING THE TOP 10 DEVELOPER AT THE STARPROPERTY AWARDS 2025

• Tropicana won 5 awards at the 10th StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards 2025 and was named  one of the Top 10 Developers in the country. 

• This is the Group’s 9th consecutive win at the prestigious awards since its inception in 2016.

• The StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards honours developers who have significantly contributed  to the growth of Malaysia’s real estate industry, shaping the nation’s vibrant landscape.  

Petaling Jaya (20 May 2025) – Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or “Group”) won 5 awards  at the 10th StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards 2025 among which, the Group was named  one of the Top 10 Developers in the country. This is Tropicana’s 9th consecutive win at the prestigious  awards since its inception in 2016. The StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards 2025 also  recognised Tropicana with four other awards namely “The Southern Star Award – Best Southern  Malaysia Development (Township) “ for Lido Waterfront Boulevard in Johor, “The Holiday Home  Award – Best Vacation Property Development” for Tropicana Cenang in Langkawi, “The Family friendly Award – Best Family-Centric Development (Landed)” for Fraser Heights, Tropicana Uplands in Johor and “The Business Estate Award – Best Commercial Development” for Breeze Hill Shoppes,  Tropicana Avalon in Genting Highlands. 

The StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards 2025 honours developers who have significantly  contributed to the growth of Malaysia’s real estate industry. From iconic buildings to sustainable  developments and integrated townships, these awards recognise the projects that shape our nation’s  vibrant landscape. With a diverse and impartial panel of judges, the StarProperty Awards 2025  ensures every submission is thoroughly and fairly evaluated.
