Petaling Jaya (16 July 2023) – Tropicana Aman, the largest 863-acre township by Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana”), celebrated 100% take-up for its new business hub, with the proposed name “Umara”. This 13.5-acre business hub in Kota Kemuning will offer 2 and 3-storey shop offices with a gross development value of RM264 mil, featuring built-ups from 3,360 sq ft to 8,133 sq ft, double volume ceilings and dual frontage for selected units. The 100 units on offer were snapped up before the business hub’s grand launch.
In conjunction with the milestone, the new Tropicana Aman Property Gallery was officially opened at the Tropicana Aman Recreational Hub, offering enhanced experiences for Tropicana customers. Ixora Ang, Executive Director, Marketing & Sales and Business Development, elaborated on the move.
“As a community builder, Tropicana understands the importance of fostering a self-sustaining township with complementary commercial spaces to drive growth, expansion and footfall. The new business hub follows in the footsteps of earlier successful launches in Tropicana Aman such as Triana and Sinaria, and its success speaks to how these offerings have enriched Kota Kemuning’s outlook with vibrant tenant mixes, placing everything within reach for residents and visitors. At the same time, the new property gallery will showcase our offerings with an enhanced and seamless property experience at the Tropicana Aman Recreational Hub, as we continue Redefining the Art of Engagement,” she said.
The new business hub will comprise 9 commercial blocks offering shop office in five versatile layouts (A1, A2, A3, B1 & B3) and a gross development value (“GDV”) of RM264 mil. Lot sizes range from 24’ x 70’ to 37’ x 90’, suitable for first-time entrepreneurs and start-ups to larger businesses seeking to expand their operations and client base.
In line with Tropicana’s development DNA emphasising generous open spaces, end and corner lots in the development will come with double volume ceilings, as well as lift access to all levels for corner lots. Layouts B1 and B3 in Block 7 will also enjoy double frontage, with more land space for curbside business activities such as al fresco dining.
The new business hub will offer three entry points for easy access to residents and visitors, as well as convenient connectivity to nearby major routes such as the Elite, SKVE, Kesas and LKSA Expressways, with a ready catchment population of 500,000 within a 10km radius.

The commercial phase also leverages on the pull factors of Tropicana Aman, including an 85- acre Central Park, which serves as a green lung with abundant recreational spaces and lakeside pavilions. In addition, two educational institutions, namely Tenby International School and SJKC Bukit Fraser nearby, cater for the growing needs of the community.
Shop offices in the new business hub are priced from RM1.97 mil. To learn more about the next phase, please visit tropicanaaman.com.my or call 1700 81 8868.
