Press Release: Ramadan Cheer To Glomac Home – Tresna Teruntum
In conjunction with the month of Ramadan, Glomac customers were presented with the keys to their Tresna Teruntum houses that they had purchased some two years ago. The houses were completed on time despite the pandemic that hit the country which had affected many a construction schedule.
The first key handover event was held on March 27. Inspections were conducted by YM Tengku Ahmad Izzat, Glomac’s Senior Project Manager (Saujana Perdana), along with the homeowners who received their house keys on the day.
One of the new homeowners present at the Saturday event was Tuan Haji Wan Bukhari M. Daud, 62, who to date has bought three houses from Glomac. “All my purchases from Glomac were completed on time and the projects were never abandoned. This time I bought the house for my son, and thankfully it was also completed on time. Hopefully this house will be a memorable Ramadan gift for my son,” he said, with a cheerful smile on his face.
YM Tengku Ahmad Izzat, as the key-presenter to the home buyers who were present on the day said, “Tresna Teruntum was launched in the year 2018, and was sold out within three weeks after its launch. The strategic location and affordable prices offered are some of the key factors in the success of this project.
“The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the country in 2020 has undoubtedly impacted many parties, but the support added with the trust from our buyers has played a big role in fueling the spirit of the Glomac team in ensuring these homes are ready on the targeted date. Thank you and congratulations to all buyers”.
Tresna Teruntum is one of the Tresna house series, located on 19 acres of land in Saujana Perdana township with a gross development value (GDP) of RM102.7 million. Tresna Teruntum consists of 186 units of two-storey terrace houses, with each house measuring 1,752 square feet for the intermediate units and 1,782 square feet for the corner units.
Also present to receive the keys to their new home was Encik Mohd Fakhrul Radzi b Kamaludin who were with his family members including his newborn baby. He delightfully said, “This Ramadan is very special for me and my family. We have a lot of friends staying nearby and they have all shared good reviews about the area. Their reviews played a big part in influencing our decision to make Tresna Teruntum our first home, aside from Glomac’s modern house design”.
Saujana Perdana is part of Glomac’s planned township, Bandar Saujana Utama, which has grown rapidly since 1995. To date, it is complete with various utilities such as educational institutions and schools, recreational parks, places of worship, health facilities, restaurants, and retail shops including convenience stores.
“Glomac wishes a joyous month of Ramadan full of blessings to all new homeowners and all Muslims. Hopefully, the holy month of Ramadan will fill our souls with the courage and strength to face the challenges during this time of pandemic,” said Mr. Zulkifly Garib, Glomac’s Chief Operating Officer (Operations).
The home inspection and Tresna Teruntum key-handovers will take place until all Tresna Teruntum home-buyers receive their home keys, which is expected to be completed by the end of May 2021. Taking into account all the standard procedures (SOPs) enforced by the government, the whole process is being carried out in stages.
Apart from Tresna Teruntum, the constructions of Glomac ‘s high-rise developments located in Petaling Jaya-Damansara, namely Plaza@Kelana Jaya and 121 Residences, are also on track with the expected completion date in 2022 and 2024 respectively.
