Let’s face this reality. We are more stressful these days when compared to long time ago. Haha. I mean when I was way younger than today. This is why health is wealth and this is also why our KopiTalk #10 is one where I managed to invite Ms. Gina Koay Wan Lee, Founder of City Wellness Pharmacy and a sought after speaker to share on this topic of “Healthy Guy, Healthy You!’
She is also the Chairman of the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society (Penang) too. She will be sharing a topic which is super important to all of us. Her question to start us thinking is a simple one. “What are the different type of gut problems faced while you are stress out? What are the ways to solve them ?” There will be even more questions we will cover.
If you have a question, feel free to ask her (click here) and be entitled to a Lucky Draw on the evening for a very comprehensive property investment book by Dr. Peter Yee. (Review is here)
