Dear kopiandproperty.com readers especially for those from Klang Valley, I will be speaking on Property Investment Tips and Outlook @ KAIA Heights Sales Gallery on 4th May 2024 (Saturday). What would I be covering for the talk
We look at the usual reasons why property investment is good, what are some of the misconceptions about property investment (nope, it’s not a get rich quick scheme) and even the property market outlook by referring to actual numbers in the market. We also look at the price trend and how is this versus the trending inflation. Also, what’s the difference between buying a high-rise unit versus landed?
