Selangor, 22 May 2025 — Master Community Developer Sunway Property, through its joint venture company with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), Sunway PKNS Sdn Bhd, celebrated the topping-off of Sunway d’hill Residences, marking the structural completion of both 45-storey towers. With construction progress reaching 85% as of April 2025, this key milestone puts the mixed-use development worth RM640 million in Gross Development Value (GDV) firmly on track for completion by Q2 2026.

The ceremony was held at the project site in Section 10, Kota Damansara, and was officiated by YB Tuan Muhammad Izuan Bin Ahmad Kasim, Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) for Kota Damansara. Also in attendance were Chung Soo Kiong, Sunway Property Managing Director; Dato’ Mahmud Abbas, Group Chief Executive Officer, PKNS; and Wee Eng Kong, Managing Director, Tuju Setia alongside other key representatives from other organisations. It marks a major achievement in the development’s journey toward becoming one of the city’s most anticipated integrated urban addresses.

Since its launch in 2022, the project has seen healthy traction, with residential units achieving 70% take-up.
