Fresh off the heels of our CNY campaign, Tropicana Corporation  Berhad (“Tropicana” or “the Group”) continues celebrating the festive season with a brand-new  Spread the Rezeki Raya Campaign in line with its mantra, Redefining the Art of Living, offering rewards  worth over RM2,000,000! Running until 18 April 2026, the campaign is celebrated across 10  participating developments nationwide, including Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Alam, Tropicana  Metropark, Tropicana Gardens, Tropicana Grandhill, Tropicana Paradise, Tropicana Avalon, Tropicana  Cenang, Tropicana Uplands, and Lido Waterfront Boulevard. Customers can look forward to rewards,  including the Samsung Music Frame, festive Raya Rezeki incentives for successful homebuyers, full  absorption of legal fees and stamp duties, flexible financing solutions, and referral rewards of up to  RM80,000, all designed to enhance their homebuying journey. Visitors can also look forward to festive  Raya-themed activities during Tropicana’s open house events across selected property galleries. 

In keeping with the festive Raya spirit and the upcoming Hari Raya celebrations, Tropicana unveiled a  heartwarming “Redefining the Art of Living” Raya brand film that highlights the importance of home,  family, friendship, and the preservation of cherished traditions and culture. Maintaining the softer,  culture-first approach, infused with playful interactions, the campaign also introduces three gamified  experiences, giving the public the chance to win exclusive Tropicana merchandise while fostering  deeper engagement with the brand. 

Ixora Ang, Managing Director of Marketing & Sales and Business Development for Tropicana,  elaborated on the festive effort, sharing, “Riding on the momentum of its Chinese New Year Prosperity  campaign, Tropicana continues its commitment to connecting communities and forging futures with  the launch of its Spread the Rezeki Raya Campaign.”

Joining ZiZi as part of the Tropicana mascot family, TuTu makes a special  appearance, adding a playful touch while amplifying the film’s heartfelt message and strengthening  its connection with audiences,” she added.
