Yesterday, I was at JW Marriot Hotel Kuala Lumpur for the South East Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) 2015 gala dinner. It was attended by more than 300 influential industry leaders, VIPs and top real estate professionals. The biggest award of the night; Best Developer went to SP Setia which also won numerous other awards such as Best Green Development for KL Eco City and Best Luxury Condo Development (Central Malaysia) for Vogue Suites 1 at KL Eco City, and two Highly Commended in the development and design sections. In fact according to them, 2015 has been a successful year thus far and they are on track to achieve its sales targets. The grand finals would be held in The Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore on Wednesday, 21 October. Please refer to the full list of all winners below.
