I always think awards help to highlight the efforts from developers. Since most of the time the judges are considered the who’s who in the industry, the nominees are painstakingly chosen from all the entries. Buyers benefit too because the award winners definitely have something special to offer when compared to the industry. Let’s be very real here, award winning developments are normally not the usual affordable projects. Unless of course the award is for the best affordable development. Then again, if they won such an award, we may not be able to buy one. Well, there is another one coming. This is the second annual South East Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) 2015.
In the past six months, the judges’ panel meticulously reviewed each entry and conducted thorough site visits across Malaysia to ensure that the entire nomination process was fair and transparent.
With a total of 20 award categories, the South East Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) – which was free to enter – promises to be the biggest industry event and most competitive yet, with the top and emerging names in real estate, architecture and design celebrating the best developers and projects in North, South, Central and East Malaysia.
