Primrose @ Saujana KLIA: A home within a neighbourhood with everything you need. (including connectivity to the world… by flight)

[Sponsored Post] Kuala Lumpur International Airport 1 (KLIA1) Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) handled 62.3 million passengers in 2019. This meant that on an average basis, it handled 5.19 million passengers per month or 173,055 passengers EVERYDAY!

Of course, it may take some time to recover back to 2019 level but as someone who has not travelled beyond Malaysia’s borders for over 1 year, I will soon need to do ‘revenge travel’ as soon as the borders are open. In other words, many tens of millions of travellers are also thinking like me!

Malaysia has handled COVID-19 very well and would be one of the few earliest countries which visitors would love to visit post COVID-19 vaccinations. Now let us look at this latest new launch called Primrose and it’s inside an established development, Saujana KLIA.

Primrose @ Saujana KLIA

This is also where Primrose @ Saujana KLIA is situated and enjoying the best of both worlds. It’s within 15 minutes away from KLIA. This means that Primrose is far enough not to be bothered by all the passenger arrivals (no one likes to stay right next to the airport) and yet close enough if one is staying there and needs to travel overseas or even working nearby the KLIA. It’s a short drive away.

Location and Connectivity of Saujana KLIA

Saujana KLIA is connected to an extensive network of highways including the Elite and MEX, PLUS and SKLIA. It is also near to Salak Tinggi Express Rail Link (ERL).

Educational Institutions

Beyond these expressways, it is also near to educational institutions such as Xiamen University (one of China’s top university), Multimedia University (MMU), Lim Kok Wing University of Creative Technology, Brainy Bunch, Tenby International School, elc International School, Tanarata International Private Schools as well as local primary and secondary schools too.

New Connectivity Hub

KLIA in Sepang is also becoming the latest multimodal transportation connectivity hub with a complete and sophisticated integrated air, road and rail network serving as a direct connection point to major regional economies. There is also the new e-fulfiment hub, Cainiao Aeropolis eWTP hub (formerly known as KLIA Aeropolis DFTZ Park) which is part of a joint effort in strengthening the economic recovery in Malaysia.

World Trade and Workforce

Cainiao Aeroplis eWTP will support the increase in trade flow by enabling 72-hour delivery to the rest of the world. With all these developments, the number of workforce will also be increasing in tandem and this is very positive for Saujana KLIA.

Recreational Activities

For some of us who loves to shop, dine and even just a casual stroll there are at least 6 shopping malls within easy driving reach from Saujana KLIA. We have the Mitsui Outlet Park and Alamanda Shopping Mall which are considered popular malls and they are nearby.

Great for nature lover and kids too

Nature lovers will also be spoilt for choice with a host of natural wonders such as Farm In The City, Taman Saujana Hijau, Paya Indah Wetlands and Taman Botani Putrajaya nearby.

Developer of Primrose @ Saujana KLIA

Saujana KLIA is developed by Glomac, an award-winning developer who has been housing the nation since 1988. Glomac has been building homes in Saujana KLIA since 2016 and is now ready to launch its latest double-storey terrace called Primrose in Saujana KLIA township.

Comfortable size and affordable starting price

These homes has a built up starting from 1,540 sq ft (considered huge when compared to the 1,000 sq ft high-rise which are priced higher nearer to the city centre) The starting price would be an attraction by itself as it starts from RM498,800 upwards. There are already many ready facilities for residents including a children’s playground, jogging track and even a football field too.

Conclusion

Kuala Lumpur is the capital city of Malaysia and KLIA is that airport connecting Malaysia and the world. Owning a home sweet home with affordability (currently), lots of space (versus any high-rise at the same price point within the city centre), nearby to amenities and conveniences as well being part of an ever growing KLIA (also sometimes known as Aeropolis) meant that the future is a certainty. Perhaps Primrose @ Saujana KLIA can also be your sanctuary too.
