Get to know before we buy a property

SHEDA stands for Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association. They will be organizing this biggest property show in Kuching which is not to be missed. This is for Sarawakians or even working professionals in Sarawak intending to see what’s on offer in the property market. Before we buy, it’s important to know and compare so that we can get ourselves a better deal. This is the rule #1 and if we try to buy anything without understanding, then we better hope to be lucky.

MM2H Participants should visit too

This is also for all the MM2H visa holders who are choosing between Sarawak, the Peninsular Malaysia or Sabah. Why not take the opportunity to fly into Kuching a few days earlier, go and visit the expo and ask lots of questions and get to see what’s on offer and then continue to stay in Kuching for a few more days and enjoy what Kuching has to offer too.
