Largest Sarawak Property Expo 2024 by SHEDA

This is for Sarawakians intending to see what’s on offer in the property market. Before we buy, it’s important to know and compare so that we can get ourselves a better deal. This is also for all the MM2H visa holders who are choosing between Sarawak, the Peninsular Malaysia or Sabah. Why not take the opportunity to fly into Kuching a few days earlier, go and visit the expo and ask lots of questions and get to see what’s on offer and then continue to stay in Kuching for a few more days and enjoy what Kuching has to offer too.

Nope, I seriously do not believe this lower demand for oil is caused by Electric Vehicles (EVs). Not yet anyway until the sale of TVs surpass the world’s total number of internal combustion engine cars. As of now, the percentage is still very low except for probably China. China still needs huge imports of oil for all its industries yeah, so the demand will not go down simply because they have more EVs.
