(Kuala Lumpur, 8th November) – The 2023 Zhee Long Cup 12-Hour Super Marathon Challenge concluded successfully at the Sports Complex in Batu Kawan, Penang. Mr. Cheng Zhee Long, a resilient fighter who has battled cerebral palsy since childhood, is renowned for his unwavering determination and boundless spirit. He is hailed as a symbol of life and the embodiment of the Zhee Long spirit. Not only is he a role model for Malaysian entrepreneurs, but he also serves as an inspiration to the entire populace. The Zhee Long Cup Ultra-Marathon is not just a testing of individual limits; it also fosters sharing and interaction among businesses, drawing active participation from nearly 80 entrepreneurs.
Kuala Lumpur Wellness City (KL Wellness City) aims to promote the spirit of “life warriors,” advocate healthy living, inspire people to challenge themselves, and simultaneously support charitable causes. KL Wellness City dispatched five ambassadors, including Dato’ Sri Dr. Tiew Soon Thung, Frances Chen, Mink Ong, Fion Ku and Silvia Lew. These five KL Wellness City employees demonstrated exemplary enthusiasm and resilience, each breaking their records for the furthest running distance. In addition, they generously donated an additional 2,000 Malaysian Ringgit to a charity fund. In the end, the organizers raised a total of 50,000 Malaysian Ringgit.
