iProperty.com.my reveals the 10 most viewed properties by home buyers during the Movement Control Order (MCO). The list comprises the nation’s top high-rise properties with the highest number of views (site-wide) between 18th March 2020 to 18th April 2020. The views compiled are non-unique which means multiple views on the same listing are calculated and presented as such. In addition, the views compiled are from desktop and mobile views only. Views on the iProperty.com.my app are not included. The data is compiled by iProperty.com.my‘s big data solution, iPropertyIQ.com. The properties are ranked in descending order and the popularity is displayed in terms of percentages (%). 

Number 10: The Riyang – Kuchai Lama Percentage of views: 7.77% Property Type: Condominium 

The Riyang is located in the mature neighbourhood of Happy Garden in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur. The condominium, targeted at families, includes amenities such as a shaded playground, a three-tier infinity pool, a multipurpose hall, a sky lounge and a gym. Being in a strategic area, The Riyang is accessible via major highways such as Jalan Klang Lama, the Sungai Besi Expressway, the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway, New Pantai Expressway and the Maju Expressway.
