IJM Land and Amona Group Celebrates the Topping Out of Riana Trees Residences

Kuala Lumpur, 17 September 2026 – IJM Land Bhd and Amona Group have topped out Riana Trees Residences, with the development reaching its highest structural level at Level 32. The milestone comes as the residential project records a 90% sales take-up, with only a limited number of Bumiputera units remaining available.

The topping out ceremony was officiated by Dato’ Tony Ling Thou Lung, Chief Executive Officer of IJM Land Berhad and Datuk Che Hasnadi, CEO of Amona Group together with Loh Zhi Ming, COO of Industrial Concrete Products Sdn Bhd; Mohd Adib, Director of Amona Group; Rachel Chong, General Manager of Group Sales & Marketing, IJM Land; Vincent Chu, Executive Director of Taghill Project Sdn Bhd and Ar. Zulqaisar Hamidin, Executive Director of ATSA Architects Sdn Bhd at Pantai Sentral Park.

The development also represents a notable achievement in the application of precast IBS technology in high-rise construction. Rising to 32 levels, it is among the tallest high-rise developments in the Klang Valley to utilise precast IBS.

With the building’s structural framework now completed, construction will proceed with architectural finishes and interior detailing. Riana Trees Residences was launched in June 2023 and is targeted for vacant possession in the first quarter of 2027.

The project is IJM Land’s first to adopt the Industrialised Building System (IBS), a construction method in which building components are manufactured in a controlled factory environment before being transported to the site for assembly. By enabling more precise production and reducing material wastage at the construction site, the use of IBS also supports the development’s commitment to more sustainable building practices.
