Great deals? Be careful. Don’t fall prey…

I am honoured to be invited by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) to share my views on an interesting topic. Don’t fall prey when looking for great property deals. This is part of their MIEA Public Advisory (#MYREAL AGENTS) campaign. The session is on 11th April 2020 (Saturday) at 10am sharp. It has been too many days of Movement Control Order (MCO). Fortunately, I remember today is Thursday, so my session is 2 days later. Haha.

Joining me would be the CEO of MIEA Mr K. Soma Sundram who has vast knowledge in the real estate world. The session will be moderated by Mr Imran Clyde the Director of Nextdor Property Communications. Please do refer to the image for more information if needed yeah. Feel free to ask lots of questions too. I am not a real estate negotiator / agent and thus my views would be from the investor perspective.

Experience wise, I have personally bought properties from the developer and from the secondary properties market and currently owns properties in Penang, Selangor, Perak and Sabah. Hopefully I will be able to share some of my great and bad experience for the benefit of everyone. I think this is especially suitable for first-timers yeah. I will also share the reasons why I engage REA / RENs for my property transactions too. See you! I will share the LIVE session in my own FB page too. So, click here on the date and time.
