AEON Klebang Ipoh, another mall to visit

It’s my first visit to Ipoh’s latest AEON mall in Klebang. As someone who has been based in KL and visits malls every other weekend, AEON Klebang is definitely not at the same level as Mid-Valley or 1Utama. However, I think it’s more than enough. I have never managed to finish strolling through Mid-Valley or 1Utama in my usual 3 hour visits thus far. I think this is a good addition to Ipoh. Come to think of it, even in that city up north, they have just two prominent ones with a few upcoming ones anyway. That two most prominent would only be either Gurney Mall or Queensway Mall. The rest? Well, to be frank they are still ‘trying.’
What are some of the shops available? I got the following from a site I visit on and off for Ipoh stuffs. That site is http://pemerintahberani.blogspot.my. Please do refer to the full list below:
Food and Beverage
The Cruises Steak House, Kenny Rogers, Starbucks, Boat Noodle Nando’s, Vivo Pizza and Panini, Purple Cane, WindMill, Teh Tarik Place, Shihlin Taiwanese Snacks, Black Canyon, Johnny’s Restaurant, Ice Bucket, Kopitiam Avenue, Mexico Taste, KFC, Boost Juice, The Chicken Rice Shop, Auntie Anne, Famous Amos, Sushi King, Baskin Robbins, Orchid Bistro, Secret Recipe, Yoshinoya and Hanamaru
Fashion
Fossil, H&M, Guess Jeans, Esprit, MNG, Uniqlo, G2000, Valentino Rudy, Sembonia, Carlo Rino, Timberland, Brands Outlet, COTTON ON, Bata, Giordano, Polo Haus, Hush Puppies, Smart Master, fyi, Pierre Cardin, Hang Ten, Young Hearts, TRIO by Jerasia
Sports
Al-Ikhsan, Adidas, Royal Sporting House, Skechers, Arena, FILA
Watch and Jewellery
Tissot, Poh Kong, City Chain, Watch Engine, TOMEI
Beauty and Care
SEPHORA, SASA, Eu Yan Sang, Caring Pharmacy, The Body Shop, Shins, Kiehl’s, Always 21, Guardians
Others
DAISO, Popular Bookstore, Universal Traveller, KAISON, Focus Point, Soxworld, Fitness Concept, My News, OSIM, Gintell, Mr. DIY, My Home One, Samsung, Lenovo, Akemi, Seen, CELCOM, Maxis, Yes, Hinode, Gadget Hub, IT World, TGV Cinema
I think whatever of the usual and even the not so usual that you are looking for should already be available. Of course, Klebang is not considered a central location but all these are just time based. If there are no other bigger malls around and AEON Klebang continues to have lots of promotions, events and visitors, it’s location would soon be accepted by majority. Come on, if you are a new couple, you would want to visit the biggest mall and be seen to be following the trend, right? Haha. Actually, I was disappointed with Ipoh Parade for not having proper baby rooms even within its anchor tenant; Parkson. At least AEON Mall Klebang did not disappoint me in this respect.
