This forward momentum is reflected in the opening of the S2 Heights Aman Gallery, developed with an investment of approximately RM10 million. This space enables visitors to engage deeply with the township vision through detailed master planning, large-scale models, immersive design elements, and curated art, offering a tangible understanding of how S2 Heights Aman will unfold over the next decade as a seamless extension of the mature Seremban 2 community.

Conceived as a one-stop information and lifestyle destination, the gallery introduces visitors to the philosophy behind S2 Heights Aman. The township is planned with an emphasis on liveability, shared spaces, and long-term community well-being. Through its layout and content, the gallery reveals both what is being built and the principles guiding every decision, from landscape and infrastructure to the rhythms of everyday life.

A GALLERY THAT UNFOLDS THE TOWNSHIP STORY

The S2 Heights Aman Gallery anchors a 4.3-acre arrival precinct that serves as the gateway into the township. Designed as a welcoming lifestyle destination featuring a gallery, café, flexible event space, and ample parking, the site supports community gatherings while setting the tone for an open and seamless experience.

Three 100-foot-wide entrances create an immediate sense of scale and ease, echoing the clarity of movement and generous spaces that define life at S2 Heights Aman.

As visitors move through the gallery, the township story unfolds progressively. A comprehensive master plan of Seremban 2, S2 Heights, and S2 Heights Aman is presented alongside a large-scale township model, illustrating how the development builds upon an established township while extending naturally into its next phase. Connectivity, green spaces, and residential precincts are presented in context, highlighting integration of mobility and nature.

Key public amenities form an important part of this narrative, including the 12-acre S2 Lake Park, the 3-acre Kidz Venture Park, and a dedicated pet-friendly zone. These spaces highlight a township designed around shared experiences and everyday activity, where outdoor life, recreation, and community interaction are part of daily routines.

Guided by the interior design concept SKYLUME, the gallery experience extends beyond information. Inspired by modern oriental sensibilities and the rolling hills of Seremban, the design embraces the building’s slanted architectural form, allowing natural light to soften the space. Warm materials and restrained tones create an immersive environment that echoes the surrounding landscape.

Located alongside a lakeside cafe, the gallery naturally becomes a place to linger. Whether learning about upcoming phases or enjoying a quiet cup of coffee, visitors are invited to engage with the township vision in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

ART AS A REFLECTION OF EVERYDAY LIFE

Complementing the gallery experience are two bronze sculptures by renowned Malaysian sculptor Nizam Abdullah, titled Santai Bersama and Tak Kenal Maka Tak Takut. Rooted in everyday Malaysian culture, the works transform familiar social moments into visual narratives about unity, awareness, and emotion.

Santai Bersama captures moments of togetherness without hierarchy, drawing from scenes of lepak and ngopi where presence matters more than status. In contrast, Tak Kenal Maka Tak Takut offers a playful reflection on fear and influence, showing how small anxieties can ripple into larger reactions.

Cast in bronze, a material signifying permanence, the sculptures reinforce the idea that connection, humour, and shared experiences are the township’s enduring values.

“The gallery brings together planning, design, landscape, and art to help people understand why we are building this place,” said Datuk Chai Kian Soon, Chief Operating Officer of IJM Land. “It is a welcoming space where people can take their time, have conversations, and imagine life here. Seeing firsthand how thoughtful planning and nature can shape a meaningful way of living.”

LOOKING AHEAD

As S2 Heights Aman continues to take shape, the focus remains on growth with continuity. Residential phases such as Sutera and Batiq have established a strong foundation shaped by space, greenery, and long-term planning.

Simultaneously, IJM Land is completing key infrastructure and landscape that support everyday convenience. This includes the widening of Jalan Labu from two lanes to four lanes, aimed at improving access, circulation, and the overall experience of arriving home. Each step is approached with the intention of allowing the township to mature naturally before future phases are introduced.
