In terms of savings, EVs do NOT save money versus your usual petrol engined car yeah. It is cheaper per km to run than any internal combustion engine (ICE) car but the price is already by far higher for the same size segment. There is no way you can save enough from the fuel costs in your EV lifetime yeah. So, if you are also thinking of EV, please do not think of it as saving money yeah. It is not the correct mindset. Just think of it as I just love EV. Period. Haha. Anyway, I may still decide not to buy an EV yeah. We shall see.

If I win RM23 million, what would I do?

As for me, I do not buy Toto 4D regularly. I buy only when there are some significant events. So, maybe one year I would probably buy 2 times, at most. If I remember very correctly, I won once thus far. Something like RM250 or whatever small amount. I also usually just buy RM5 just for fun. Yes, seven concept proposals which meant even more time to sit down, analyse, discuss, get some professionals to be consultants etc. Now, we have news discussing the benefits of the HSR and how it could be more feasible.
