Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or the “Group”) galloped  into the New Year, spreading abundance and festive cheer through the launch of its Chinese New Year  prosperity campaign, CNY brand film, and newly unveiled show units from its signature developments  across Malaysia. Running until 28 February 2026, the “Redefining the Art of Living” campaign  embraces a softer, culture-first approach with playful interactions, while offering rewards worth up to  RM2,888,888. The CNY brand film delivers a heartwarming narrative that celebrates life’s greatest  treasures found in love, meaningful connections, and cherished moments shared with family and  friends. To showcase the Group’s signature developments in Johor, Genting Highlands, and Langkawi,  Tropicana also unveiled its new show units at Tropicana’s flagship property gallery, located on Level  10 at the Group’s headquarters, Tropicana Gardens Office Tower.

Ixora Ang, MD of Marketing & Sales and Business Development of Tropicana, expressed her joy,  saying, “Galloping into the Year of the Horse, Tropicana continues its commitment to connecting  communities and forging sustainable futures through its CNY Prosperity campaign, offering attractive  home-ownership solutions, absorption of legal fees, and referral rewards. In line with our brand  mantra, Redefining the Art of Living, the campaign rolled out exclusive prosperity packages, a multi cultural brand film, and a specially composed CNY song by YouTube influencer Han Xiiao Aii. GALLOPING INTO ABUNDANCE & PROSPERITY 

This year’s “Redefining the Art of Living” CNY Prosperity Campaign will run until 28 February 2026 and offers rewards worth up to RM2,888,888. The 11 participating developments include  Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Alam, Tropicana Metropark, Tropicana Gardens, Tropicana Grandhill,  Tropicana Paradise, Tropicana Avalon, Tropicana Cenang, Tropicana Uplands, Tropicana Danga  Bay, and Lido Waterfront Boulevard. Offering compelling financing solutions via Maybank MyDeco  and through the Easy Payment Scheme, there will be a full absorption of legal fees and stamp  duties by Tropicana. The campaign also offers referral rewards of up to RM80,000. Purchasers will  also receive festive prosperity packets, flexible financing solutions, and additional property  ownership privileges designed to enhance the homebuying journey.
