In line with its ESG and Smart Living commitments, Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or “Group”) is the first developer to announce its partnership with Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd (“Daikin”), a leading Japanese air conditioner  manufacturer pioneering in green technologies. This strategic partnership aims to provide  seamless home solutions to property owners with the introduction of Go Daikin Smart App to  Tropicana’s new homes, and integrating the Go Daikin system into its T360 mobile app. With this  new integration, new owners and purchasers will be empowered with real-time control, energy efficient management, and seamless service access to the installed air conditioning. The Daikin  MyHijau-certified air conditioners set a new benchmark for green innovation and encourage  smarter, greener living in Malaysia.

By integrating Daikin’s Go Daikin system  into the T360 App, Tropicana empowers homeowners with real-time control, energy efficiency,  and seamless service access—all from their mobile devices. This tie-up is in line with Tropicana’s  ESG aspirations for green, sustainable living, as appliances by Daikin at new Tropicana properties  are MyHijau certified, and Daikin is the only brand that practices responsible recycling of AC  components and refrigerants.
