My upcoming talk: 7 Critical Mistakes to Avoid in Property Investment
Who invited me to speak? Mortgage Expert Miichael Yeoh
Miicheal Yeoh has been an industry friend and fellow speaker to me for 15 years. I have known him since the days when I was still based in Penang. I have moved to Kuala Lumpur for the past 12.5 years. To me, when it comes to property mortgage matters, he is the person whom I consult. He has a very successful experience as an Airbnb operator too and he always share his experience when he does public talks.
Recently, he asked me if I could join him for an upcoming event which a developer has engaged him. It’s very hard to reject because I always feel that when we speak together with another experienced speaker, we also gain additional knowledge as well as getting some updates about the industry, especially when it comes to this topic which he will be sharing. “Passive Income Through Hospitality.” I can safely say that he will be speaking from experience.

My topic? Lots of numbers to share, lots of stories too
I do not have AirBnB experience like him as I follow a different property investment route but I will sharing a very critical topic for everyone who will be dropping by to this upcoming event. My topic is, “7 Critical Mistakes to Avoid in Property Investment.” Why 7? That’s my favorite number. Why critical? Well, if we get it wrong, whether invest or NOT investing, the loss (actual) and loss (opportunity) will be a bitter pill to swallow.
