Tropicana’s Edelweiss Development Celebrates 100% Take-Up & Topping Off Milestone

Tropicana celebrated another milestone for its award-winning Tropicana Gardens, an integrated  and Transit-Oriented Development (“TOD”) at Tropicana Indah.  

Edelweiss Serviced Residences, SOFO and Shoppes achieved a 100% take-up and successfully completed the building structural stage with a Topping Off Ceremony. 

The ceremony marked the timely progress and delivery for Edelweiss, as this GreenRE and  QLASSIC-certified building is targeted for completion by Q4 2025. 

Award-winning Tropicana Gardens, an integrated and Transit Oriented Development (“TOD”) at Tropicana Indah, celebrated 100% take-up and Topping Off milestone for Edelweiss Serviced Residences, SOFO and Shoppes. This seventh phase of  Tropicana Gardens, a hallmark development by Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or  “The Group”) and joint venture with The Selangor State Development Corporation (“PKNS”),  hosted a Topping Off Ceremony marking the successful completion of the building structural  stage. This ceremony denotes the timely progress and delivery for Edelweiss as it is targeted  for completion by Q4 2025. 

Upon completion, Edelweiss will be receiving a GreenRE Silver rating certification, adding  another green building within the Tropicana Gardens development. Providing assurance to its  property purchasers, the quality of this development will also be assessed by a workmanship  certification body, Quality Assessment System in Construction (“QLASSIC”). The development  is very well received in the market due to its direct connectivity to the Surian MRT station as  well as its robust ecosystem offering work-live-learn-shop-play in one location. As of today,  the residential component of Edelweiss has achieved 100% take-up and the Shoppes, which  was launched just this year, has already achieved 60% take-up.
