When it comes to property investment, many things could go wrong. Usually, the main reason is because we just do not have enough knowledge and we jumped straight in to buy that first super attractive property and we thought things are super simple since this is just a property investment. Well, mistakes will set us back many years because we are talking about an investment of many hundreds of thousands of ringgit or more!

Do you know why my talk will be very useful to any property investor or even potential property investors? I can be as objective as necessary. I do not represent any property developer and I am not employed by any property developer. This is a show by Rehda Selangor and it’s a property show from the property developers to potential property buyers or anyone who would like to get to know what’s available in the market.

At the same time, I am also not a real estate agent (REA) or real estate negotiator (REN). There are no links within this article to get you to buy anything. In fact after listening to my talk and you decided to buy any property with any of the property developers at the MAPEX show in Starling Mall, there is no need to mention my name too. I do not get any extra commission.

Last but not least, I do not organize any property buyers club or run any property buying courses. Yes, I personally believe I am very qualified to do so but that’s not my something I have interest in. My interest is to keep myself updated and to0 speak and help everyone be very prepared when they are ready for their own property investment journey.
