TROPICANA’S T360 CELEBRATES 3 NEW MILESTONES: REFRESHED LIFESTYLE APP, THE FIRST MEMBER REWARDS SHOWCASE & 28 STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Over the weekend, Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or the “Group”) introduced T360, its wholly owned lifestyle and experiences platform, designed to offer seamless connectivity and rewarding everyday experiences for its homebuyers and members. Marking a significant triple milestone, T360 unveiled its newly enhanced app at its inaugural T360 Member Rewards & Privileges event and celebrated the launch of 28 strategic partnerships. Held on 11 and 12 April 2026 at the Grand Ballroom of Tropicana Golf & Country Resort (“TGCR”), the event featured over 56 premium brands, more than 200 exclusive offers, and RM12,000 in prizes. Specially curated for Tropicana homeowners, golf members, and loyalty programme members, the weekend gathering created a high-intent environment where over 500 members and visitors discovered exciting offers and redeemed exclusive privileges — bringing the T360 ecosystem to life through meaningful, real-time experiences.

T360, the lifestyle and experiences platform wholly owned by Tropicana Group, is envisioned as a one-stop digital ecosystem offering seamless connectivity and rewarding everyday experiences. Designed for Tropicana homeowners, loyalty programme members, and golf members, the newly enhanced T360 app brings together a comprehensive suite of lifestyle, leisure, and community
centric features — enhancing convenience, connectivity, and comfort for its growing community. Further strengthening its capabilities, T360 now integrates in-app controls for Daikin air conditioners equipped with smart-home functionality, marking Tropicana’s first step towards fully connected living. This milestone sets the foundation for future innovations, including an upcoming landmark home automation system currently being developed in collaboration with leading electrical brand Legrand for the Group’s latest luxury development, Skypark Kepler at Lido Waterfront in Johor Bahru.
T360 consists of 11 key offerings, which are:
1. T Privilege: A loyalty programme that rewards members with points redeemable at selected merchants for exclusive discounts, as well as across T360’s expanding suite of offerings — delivering greater value, flexibility, and convenience to everyday living.
2. T Property: Property management conveniences, whereby residents can easily book facilities, pay maintenance fees, register visitors, and more.
3. T Media: Opportunities for advertising through Tropicana Lifestyle’s print and digital presence, media reviews, and KOL marketing.
4. T Event: Creating meaningful and engaging events, campaigns, and contests with brand partners, merchants, and members.
5. T Golf: Unlock the world of recreational, wellness, and family-friendly offerings at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort (“TGCR”). Make bookings easily for its premium facilities, including the new covered pickleball courts, tennis and badminton courts, swimming pools, yoga classes, and more. App users can also make reservations for TGCR’s F&B outlets.
6. T Marketplace: This function connects shoppers directly with nearby vendors—particularly businesses located within Tropicana townships. This “market localisation” model supports Tropicana’s ESG vision by reducing carbon footprint through shorter delivery distances, minimising waste through digitised transactions, and sustaining local enterprises by linking them to the resident population within their immediate surroundings. To be launched in Q3 2026.
7. T Journey: Tropicana’s wholly owned hospitality management and services subsidiary, T Journey, isintegrated seamlessly into the T360 ecosystem. T Journey will allow T360 members to redeem T Privilege points for exclusive travel deals. Guests will be able to self-check in, access their rooms, request concierge services, and make secure online payments directly through the app — redefining the future of leisure travel. Tropicana Cenang Langkawi will be the first property introduced within T Journey.
8. T Concierge: Is a commerce platform that provides additional conveniences to T Journey customers. They can choose from a selection of ancillary services, including booking tours, making rental reservations, and ordering F&B delivery.
9. T Foundation: Stay up-to-date with Tropicana’s community-conscious arm. This function will bring awareness to future campaigns and initiatives by the organisation. Users will also be able to learn about each initiative and support the bodies they care about most.
10. Tropicana Lifestyle: Tropicana Lifestyle is a window to luxury living, happenings, and trends. Members are privy to the latest news through our social media pages and enjoy curated stories of refined living, complete with inspiring personalities, thoughtful features, and exclusive insights on the Group’s bi-monthly magazine.
