Sepang, 18 March 2021- Award-winning developer Glomac Berhad is launching its latest phase of the long-awaited affordable landed residential development in Saujana KLIA, called the Primrose. 

Primrose is a double-storey terrace house project comprising 123 units of affordable homes. The development aims to fulfil the needs of first time home buyers and young professionals as well as investors who are looking for residential properties away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 

Glomac’s Head of Sales and Marketing, Ms Kim Neoh said “Glomac is delighted to announce the launch of Primrose, a development that reflects Glomac’s commitment in developing quality and affordable dream homes. The Primrose is the perfect start-up home for a modern family, or as an investment property, as the prices offered are affordable.

Ms Neoh added that Primrose is part of 231-acre Saujana KLIA (SKLIA) development, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM1.3billion. “To date, Glomac has successfully developed 7 residential home phases comprising 905 units of double-storey terrace houses and a neighbourhood commercial hub of 72 units of shop offices with an estimated GDV of RM560m. Glomac will continue to build more residential development in future, to further meet market demand,’’ she added. 

First developed in 2015, SKLIA is planned as a suburban mixed residential development with various types of affordable landed properties such as 20’x70’ and 20’x75’ Double Storey Terrace Houses, Bungalows, Shop Offices, Apartments and 24’x60’ and 22’x70’ TownHouses (under Rumah Selangorku). 

SKLIA is strategically located within adjacency of facilities and amenities such as educational institutions, healthcare facilities, commercial centres, public transportation hub, strategic logistics hub and leisure areas. It is accessible via major highways namely Lebuhraya KESAS, Lebuhraya Damansara – Puchong (LDP), Maju Expressway (MEX), Lebuhraya ELITE, Lebuhraya KLIA Extension and Lebuhraya Utara Selatan (PLUS).

Glomac’s Sales and Marketing Manager (Township) Ms Eliza Jamaludin elaborated that Primrose is designed with the concept of interior spaciousness that promotes unlimited freedom to living, dining and kitchen areas. It offers 4-Bedrooms and 3-Bathrooms within a built-up area ranging between 1,560 sf. and 2,288 sf. in the 20’x60’ space. These affordable homes start at RM498,800 for an intermediate unit, targeted to be ready for completion in 2023. 

“So far we have completed phases of SKLIA that includes Alcea, Camellia, Thistle, Heather and Azalea and many more. Future developments in the township could include strata apartments, detached homes, Townhouses, Shop Offices and a commercial centre,” she said. 

Alcea and Camellia were among the last development at SKLIA, both launched in May 2016 and were sold out within weeks of launch. 

Glomac’s strength in developing affordable landed residential properties have been reflected countless times via its similar developments in Bandar Saujana Utama and Saujana Perdana, Sg. Buloh. Landed homes in these development areas are normally taken up within weeks of launch.
