I will be speaking in this Real Estate Summit (RES) 2021 and my topic is definitely considered a controversial one. “7 reasons why property investment is a bad idea.” Over the years, I have come to realisation that property investment is a good idea to some and a bad idea to many people too. Thus, I must share all these things in people’s minds so that everyone would be able to make a better decision! Property is not for everyone, okay?
