Did you know that some people just could not work with someone else NOT because that someone else was not working as hard but because how he does things is completely opposite of how others do things? Last minute works best? Try telling the one who starts right from the 1st minute a project is given to them!
“How do our personalities affect us? Time to take charge.” Understanding our personality will allow us to be aware of all the other different personalities. It will also create a much better understanding and acceptance because we now know why some people react the way they react. With a good understanding of one another’s personality, we are doing to live an awesome life and well, things get done way better too. Managing a team? We must start from understanding their personality.
