Today, we will look at Ervina in Ara Sendayan which is a super low-density landed development with just 46 units. It’s also built on a hill-top which really gives that exclusivity to its potential owners. However, before we start, let’s look at Bandar Sri Sendayan as well as the developer which is responsible to build it to what it is today and how it will continue to be developed into the future. 

How do we choose a potential unit? I personally use the P.D.F concept when it comes to choosing a development. P stands for Price. Since a property is usually the most expensive asset we will ever buy, let’s make sure the risks are managed very well. While no one could guarantee what the future holds but it’s still way better to buy from an established developer versus a new developer who may not have the financial strength to complete the project if suddenly faced with unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19.
