Whether we are from the technical side or even front-liners, we face people either every other minute or every other hour. How often do we have friends or colleagues who misunderstood what we said? If what we communicated were correct, then the not-so-correct one may just be our Non-Verbal Communication. Imagine speaking to someone about something exciting and yet your face showed no expression… Ahem…
Alternatively, communicating to a non-performer in the organisation and yet we smile too much. What may be the final outcome be like? It’s no just facial expression yeah.
