Many friends tell me that when it comes to condominiums, staying higher up will give us much better views. Can see far, far away. Air is fresher. Temperature is more cooling. Noise issues, if any will be far lesser. Perhaps they are right but the highest level I have ever bought was just level 20, thus far. That’s in Penang. Now, for those friends who love to be where the action is and they want to have a great view of all the happenings, here’s one potential project. It’s 330 metres in height and it’s in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.

Article in thestar.com.my A mixed development named IBN Bukit Bintang will soon be the tallest residential tower in the country and it’s in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. It consists of 339 smart homes and 268 five-star hotel rooms, with the build-up ranging from 434sq ft to 1,052sq ft. It is a 68-storey building and will stand over 330m in height. The development is a joint venture between developer IBN Corp and landowner KKH Pavilion Development Sdn Bhd.

IBN Bukit Bintang development director Megat Khalil Izzuddin Shah said, “Prices start from RM2,000 per sq ft, which is low compared to other properties in the Golden Triangle. I would say it is the best deal.” He added, “We are truly excited about this development. It will not only enhance living standards in Kuala Lumpur, but also improve Malaysia’s international appeal and tourism to the global market.” The project is expected to be fully operational by Oct 2023. IBN Bukit Bintang

Based on google map, it’s just 2.3km from KLCC. Duration wise, let’s face it, Bukit Bintang is always a busy area. Depending on the time of the day, walking and taking the MRT Bukit Bintang which is just minutes away by walking may just be a better option. Okay, it’s really considered a prime location. As for the buyer crowd it will attract, let’s just say that only the cream of the crop will be able to afford to buy and enjoy it. As for foreign purchasers, yeah it’s possible to buy and enjoy it occasionally too. There should be no issues to move around via GRAB too. Need to know more, do drop by their gallery to find out more. Mentioning Charles Tan or kopiandproperty.com gets NO additional discount yeah. Cheers. Happy evaluating.
